2025 Employment Law Changes Conference Call

During this one hour conference call, we will go over the following 2025 employment law changes:

* Minimum wage updates;

* New and improved rights for victims of violence;

* Changes to family leave;

* Anti-discrimination law changes;

* "Captive Audience" meeting bans;

* Employer's rights to requesting driver's licenses; and

* If we have time, local ordinance updates!

We'll also save time for questions, so if you have specific questions you’d like answered during the call, please share these questions with us during registration and/or by emailing us at least 24 hours before the call! We will try to answer as many spontaneous questions during the call as we can.

Our conference call will take place on Thursday, November 21 @ 12PM PT via Zoom. Once you've purchased your ticket, you'll need to book through the Calendly link provided to you in order to receive the Zoom details.

For the same price* as a 15 minute phone call with our lawyers, you'll have access to a 60 minute conference call + all materials used during the call.

*Better's hourly rate is $400 for for-profit entities and $300 for non-profit entities. Reduced pricing for non-profits will reduce the cost of this call to $75.

What is your refund policy if I can't make the call?

There are no refunds, but if you can't make the call, we will send you a recording + any materials that we share during the call.

How do I access the Zoom?

Once you claim your spot, you'll be given a link to access our Calendly booking page. Once you've booked through Calendly, you'll be opted in to receive emails and texts about the event through Calendly. This will include a Google Calendar invite, where the Zoom link will live. If you can't find it, for some reason, email your presenter at least half an hour before the call! Any later than this and we cannot guarantee a response to your email.

Can I share the Zoom link with others?

Your purchase is specific to your organization, so please do not share your Zoom link with others outside of your organization. Our team works hard to create the materials in our school, please respect the pricing that we've created to account for that hard work. 🙂
