Sam Mazzeo and Olivia Casellini are licensed California-based attorneys with a combined experience of over 15 years reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
Their law firm focuses on early state small businesses and nonprofits—clientele that work with contracts frequently, but maybe need a little bit more education to get them on their feet. And that's why we created this course.
This course was borne from the idea that everyone (even the little guys!) should have access to good legal information.Â
